Don't knock it until you've tried it. Getting up and having nowhere to go, nothing to do, how does that sound to you? Only to decide which fast food stand you will have breakfast by today.
Not caring about what comes, not caring about what doesn't come. Being a bum, don't knock it until you've tried it.
When you care for people, when you always have good wishes for others, positive thoughts, god takes care of you, even when and especially when you have nothing.
It's not retirement, it's a conscious effort to pull out of the system way before retirement age.
It's not about winning the lottery and getting rich. It's about getting the simple things right, the small things, the little things right. You do these things each day.
Over time, continued acts of goodness, kindness, positive thoughts, continually helping others, allows you to pull out of the system once you are blessed by the almighty.
Some might see you as a bum, but you've been working for god all the time. God rewards you by giving the choice of early retirement.
You can then do what you want: write, read, watch tv, eat, sleep, go for a drive, whatever you want.
You have entered heaven even before dying.
The lesson is : begin genuinely helping others today, having loving thoughts for others, continuously praying. giving charity, god will reward you : you might become a bum, you might like it.

DARKNESS
We need to accept ourselves completely and all that comes with it.
We need to be able to say" NO," and sometimes we need to look after ourselves.
Sometimes in order to slay a vampire, you need to become a vampire.
The darkness within us serves to balance us, it makes us complete, it protects us, it preserves us.
If we cannot appreciate our own darkness, we can never appreciate the more wholesome aspects of ourselves.
Sometimes darkness can be our best friend, be genuine, accept yourself for who you really are, be yourself, your whole self.

FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN ,
Cool, calm, darkness, crickets singing, frogs croaking, a car passes by, peace of the night.
Outer space is mostly darkness, yet peaceful. A lot has been said about light, but what about darkness, do you find darkness peaceful, even more peaceful than light.
Recently I spent some time by the sea, looking out across the ocean seeing only darkness, I found that very peaceful, comforting.
I believe most people fear the dark because they really fear the unknown, what they cannot see.
You know what, it is what you know that you should fear more.
If you are stranded on an island and you know that you have 3 days of supplies left, you would be very uncomfortable by the third day, but if you didn't know how long your supplies would last, you would be none the wiser by the third day.
It is only what you know that can harm you, in the unknown, all possibilities exist, both negative and positive.
Venturing into the unknown should be seen as an adventure, the greatest adventure actually begins when you close your eyes for the final time.

THE GREATEST ADVENTURE
Is it the African Safari, is it the ascent of the Himalayas, is it a journey through the Amazon jungle, keep guessing..
The greatest adventure, the greatest liberation : DEATH.
Know this though, only the body dies, the soul lives forever.
The unknown is the greatest adventure, the greatest unknown is DEATH.
Embrace the unknown, live properly, you will die properly.
Stand up for what you believe in regardless of what others might think or say.
There are many people who you know already on the other side, they are waiting there to welcome you, don't be afraid.
Pray continuously, give charity continuously, you will build spiritual merit
While you are alive, make a meaningful difference in the lives of people.
Stand up for what you hold dear and never let go.
The path less travelled is always the path to the truth, walk that path.
Be honest, be natural, be relaxed, be flexible, be charitable: happiness will always follow you.
DEATH simply opens the door to new life, another adventure awaits, step gracefully into it.

TRIBUTE TO SOOKDHAYA MAHADEOSINGH
MY MOTHER-IN-LAW SOOKDHAYA MAHADEOSINGH WAS A GOOD SOUL,SHE PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY ON THE 4TH OF FEBRUARY, 2013,REST IN PEACE MOTHER.
THIS ARTICLE IS DEDICATED TO HER MEMORY.
LEAVING A LEGACY
Not buildings, not statues, not even books can touch your heart the way a person can.
My mother-in-law Sookdhaya Mahadeosingh, was a simple woman who touched the heart of everyone she met, she touched it with kindness, she touched it with love, she touched it with her simple smile.
She was a mother to her entire neighbourhood and loved by all because of her simplicity.
She was an excellent cook and cooked for the entire community in many functions.
what I remember most about her, is her smile, she was always smiling, her smile could make your day.
I'm sure wherever she is now, she is still smiling and making others happy.
Rest in peace mother, you did your duty well, it is now important for those that remain behind to honour your memory by living in peace and togetherness.
